I expected canceling to be more of a headache, just based on my gut from dealing with other companies. But I emailed them, they got back to me quickly, and canceled it without pushing back or making it awkward. Way smoother than I thought it would be.

i was a little surprised by how much came with it for the price. the sizes were decent too, so overall i’m happy with what i got.

My box was having an issue, so I reached out to customer service. They were friendly, kept things simple, and got it fixed quickly. Because they handled it so easily, the whole experience was way better than I expected.

I’ve been getting different brands in every box, which is nice. There’s enough variety that picking favorites gets a little unnecessary, you can just enjoy trying what shows up.

I was a little nervous about ordering clothes online because sizing can be all over the place, but Threadbeast actually got it right. The shirts fit exactly how I like them, not clingy and not baggy, just a solid comfortable fit.
The jeans and hoodie were right too, which made the whole box feel way more worth it. I entered my sizes and they clearly paid attention, so I’m giving this an easy 5 stars.

I’ve ordered from ThreadBeast a few times now, the shipping has been solid every time. I don’t have a ton of patience for late packages or having to dig around for tracking info, so it’s nice that the boxes show up when they’re supposed to and the tracking comes through without me having to chase anyone. No lost packages or annoying delays so far, so I’m happy with it.
